A. What Is Biblical Mission? “Biblical mission means more than simply going overseas to plant churches or spread civilization. It means the church participating in the ‘mission of God (Missio Dei)’ and seeking the restoration of God’s rule and glory throughout the whole earth. Mission is not a program that begins with human enthusiasm; rather, it is the heart of God that runs throughout the Bible, from Genesis to Revelation, and is a fundamental reason for the church’s existence. Let me clearly summarize five essential principles of true mission as presented in Scripture. 🌍 1. The Mission of God (Missio Dei) The subject and initiator of mission is not human beings but God. In order to save fallen humanity, God first comes to us, sends His Son, and sends the Holy Spirit. He is the “missionary God” who sends. 주님 안에서 요나단과 같은 친구가 되고 싶습니다. 





요나단은 자기의 마음이 다윗에게 깊이 끌려 그를 자기 생명처럼 사랑하게 되었기에 그와 영원한 우정을 약속하고 자기가 입고 있던 겉옷을 벗어 다윗에게 주었으며 또 자기 갑옷과 칼과 활과 띠도 주었습니다(사무엘상 18:1, 3-4, 현대인의 성경).  이렇게 요나단처럼 우리를 사랑해 주는 친구가 있다는 것은 하나님의 큰 축복이라 생각합니다.  더 나아가서, 우리가 요나단과 같은 사람이 되길 하나님께 기도합니다.
