A. What Is Biblical Mission? “Biblical mission means more than simply going overseas to plant churches or spread civilization. It means the church participating in the ‘mission of God (Missio Dei)’ and seeking the restoration of God’s rule and glory throughout the whole earth. Mission is not a program that begins with human enthusiasm; rather, it is the heart of God that runs throughout the Bible, from Genesis to Revelation, and is a fundamental reason for the church’s existence. 사는 것이 낫습니까 아니면 죽는 것이 낫습니까?



하나님의 은혜로 구원 받은 의인은 사는 것보다 죽는 것이 낫습니다.  그 이유는 사는 것이 그리스도니 죽는 것도 유익하기 때문입니다.  이 세상을 떠나서 그리스도와 함께 있는 것이 훨씬 더 좋은 일이기 때문입니다(빌립보서 1:21-23).  그러나 아직 구원을 받지 못한  악인은 죽는 것보다 사는 것이 낫습니다.  그 이유는 영원히 죽는 것보다 육신적으로 살아 있어 혹시나 하나님의 구원의 은총을 받아 영원한 생명을 얻을지 모르기 때문입니다(디모데전서 2:4).
