God’s love, which is stronger than death, is causing me to continue walking the path of the mission the Lord has given me (John 6:1–15). “At that very time some Pharisees came and said to Him, ‘Leave this place and go somewhere else. Herod wants to kill You.’ He replied, ‘Go tell that fox, “I will keep driving out demons and healing people today and tomorrow, and on the third day I will reach My goal.” In any case, I must press on today and tomorrow and the next day—for surely no prophet can die outside Jerusalem! Jerusalem, Jerusalem, you who kill the prophets and stone those sent to you, how often I have longed to gather your children together, as a hen gathers her chicks under her wings, and you were not willing. 도무지 이해할 수 없는 하나님의 구원(건지심)
하나님의 구원(건지심)은 우리의 지성으로는 도무지 이해가 안 될수도 있습니다. 어떻게
하나님께서는 그릿 시냇가에 숨어 있었던 엘리야를 땅에 비가 내리지 않으므로 그 시내가 말랐을 때 건져주심에 있어서 시돈에 속한 사르밧에 사는 좀 부자 과부를 만나게 하시지 한끼 음식 만들어서 자기 아들과 먹고 죽을려고 하는 가난한 과부에게 인도해 주셨는지 우리의 머리로는 이해가 되지 않습니다(열왕기상 17장 8-12절).
그래서 하나님의 구원(건지심)은 우리의 기대 밖으로 이뤄질 수 있다는 것을 우리는 예상해야 하는 것 같습니다. 우리의 구원자 하나님을 믿음으로 하나님께서 하나님의 뜻과 계획과 방법대로 우리를 구원해 주실 것을 우리는 믿어야 합니다.
