God’s love, which is stronger than death, is causing me to continue walking the path of the mission the Lord has given me (John 6:1–15). “At that very time some Pharisees came and said to Him, ‘Leave this place and go somewhere else. Herod wants to kill You.’ He replied, ‘Go tell that fox, “I will keep driving out demons and healing people today and tomorrow, and on the third day I will reach My goal.” In any case, I must press on today and tomorrow and the next day—for surely no prophet can die outside Jerusalem! 예수님께서 홀로 조용한 시간에 조용한 곳에서 기도하시면 서 하나님 아버지와 친밀한 교제를 나누신 것이 예수님의 모든 사역의 중추였습니다. 그러므로 우리도 우리 각자만의 조용한 기도하는 장소가 있어야 합니다. 우리는 조용한 시 간에 조용한 곳에서 조용한 마음으로 홀로 있는 훈련이 필 요합니다. 우리는 홀로 하나님 앞에 잠잠히 머물러 있어야 합니다. 우리는 좀 복잡한 생활 환경을 떠나 한적한 곳으로 갈 필요가 있습니다. 나 홀로만의 시간과 공간이 필요합니다. 우리는 다 멈추고 주님 앞에 조용히 나아가 잠잠히 하나님의 말씀 묵상하는 시간과 기도의 시간을 가져야 합니다. 그러한 가운데 우리는 하나님께서 우리와 함께하심을 경험하므로 외로운 광야를 고독의 동산으로 바꾸는 능력을 키워야 합니다.
