God’s love, which is stronger than death, is causing me to continue walking the path of the mission the Lord has given me (John 6:1–15). “At that very time some Pharisees came and said to Him, ‘Leave this place and go somewhere else. Herod wants to kill You.’ He replied, ‘Go tell that fox, “I will keep driving out demons and healing people today and tomorrow, and on the third day I will reach My goal.” In any case, I must press on today and tomorrow and the next day—for surely no prophet can die outside Jerusalem! Jerusalem, Jerusalem, you who kill the prophets and stone those sent to you, how often I have longed to gather your children together, as a hen gathers her chicks under her wings, and you were not willing. 세워져야 할 담, 무너져야 할 담
교회 사방에는 담이 견고히 두텁게 세워져 있어야 합니다. 그 이유는 거룩한 것과 속된 것을 구별해야 하기 때문입니다(에스겔 42:20; 43:8). 교회의 담은 높이 견고히 두텁게 세워져 세상의 세속의 물결이 교회에 못들어 오게 해야 합니다. 그런데 이미 그 담은 많이 허물어져 있는 듯 합니다.
교회 안에는 담이 헐어져야 합니다. 주님 안에서 형제, 자매들은 서로에게 막힌 담을 예수 그리스도의 십자가의 보혈과 복음과 사랑으로 헐어야 합니다(에베소서 2:13-14). 우리 마음 속에 있는 서로를 향한 미움의 담이든 선입관의 담이든 모든 죄악된 종류의 담들을 예수 그리스도의 복음과 사랑으로 헐어야 합니다. 그런데 이미 이 담들은 너무나 높이 견고히 세워져 있는 듯 합니다.
