선물 자체는 거절할 필요가 있다는 생각이 듭니다.

선물 자체는 거절할 필요가 있다는 생각이 듭니다.




나아만 장군이 엘리사 선지자에게 선물을 받아 달라고 억지로 권하여도 엘리사 선지자는 거절했습니다(열왕기하 5:16, 현대인의 성경).  하나님의 사람(하나님의 종)은 선물을 주려고 하는 사람의 마음을 겸손히 받되 선물 자체는 거절할 필요가 있다는 생각이 듭니다.
