God’s love, which is stronger than death, is causing me to continue walking the path of the mission the Lord has given me (John 6:1–15). “At that very time some Pharisees came and said to Him, ‘Leave this place and go somewhere else. 만일 주님이 원하셔서 내 병이 깨끗이 나았다면 ...
만일 주님이 원하셔서 내 병이 깨끗이 나았다면 나는 하나님 아버지께 나아가 감사로 예배를 드려 내가 질병에서 깨끗해진 것을 사람들에게 증거할 것입니다(참고: 마태복음 8:2-4,
현대인의 성경). 그런데 제 첫째 아기 주영이가 질병으로 고통을 당하고 있었을 때 그녀는 그녀의 병에서 깨끗이 나음을 받지 못하고 오히려 제 품 안에서 죽었습니다(잠들었습니다). 그럼에도 불구하고 주님께서는 저로 하여금 주영이의 뼛가루를 물에 뿌리고 돌아올 때에 굉장하고 놀라운 주님의 구원의 사랑을 찬양케 하셨습니다. 그리고 나서 지금까지 주님은 저로 하여금 제 딸의 죽음을 통하여 경험한 주님의 놀랍고 굉장한 사랑을 증거케 하고 계십니다. 주님은 저희 부부에게 “주의 인자하심이 생명보다 나으므로 내 입술이 주를 찬양할 것이라”(시편 63:3)는 말씀을 성취하셨습니다.
