누구든지 부모에게 드려야 것은 하나님께 드렸다고만 하면 부모를 공경하지 않아도 된다고 가르쳤던 바리새인들과 서기관들처럼 위선자들은 주님과 주님의 교회를 위하여 헌신적으로 섬기기만 하면 가정은 돌보지 않아도(희생해도) 된다고 배웠던 교회 전통 때문에 하나님의 말씀을 헛되게 것은 아닌가요? (참고: 마태복음 15:5-7, 현대인의 성경)
