계속 버티는 것

이스라엘 백성을 계속 붙잡아두고 하나님의 말씀대로 보내지 않았던 이집트 왕 바로는 하나님의 무서운 전염병의 재앙으로 이집트의 모든 짐승이 죽고 이스라엘 백성의 짐승은 한 마리도 죽지 않은 것을 확인하고도 계속 버텼습니다(출애굽기 9:2, 7, 현대인의 성경).  강권적으로 역사하시는 하나님의 능력을 경험하고도 계속 버티고 계속 하나님의 명령에 불순종하는 것은 계속 하나님의 인내를 시험하는 것입니다.
