하나님께서는 모세에게 하나님의 말씀을 듣지도 않는 이스라엘 백성들이나
이집트 바로 왕에게 가서 하나님의 말씀을 전하라고 말씀하셨습니다.
모세의 답변은 '하나님, 이스라엘
자손도 제 말을 듣지 않았는데 바로가 어찌 제 말을 듣겠습니까?
나는 말을 잘 못하는 자입니다'였습니다(출애굽기 6:6-12, 현대인의 성경). 우리는 하나님의 명령에 순종하여 하나님께서 가라고 하시는
사람(들)에게 가서 그 사람(들)이 하나님의 말씀을 듣든지 안 듣든지 하나님의 말씀을 전해야 합니다(에스겔
2:7; 3:11, 현대인의 성경).
그(들)이 우리 입에서 나오는
하나님의 말씀을 듣지 않는 이유는 우리가 말을 잘 못해서가 아닙니다.
