For some of us, it’s been a while. In our hard-working, highly productive culture, we can sometimes feel like exhausted swimmers swept downstream in a fast-moving river, fighting to keep our heads above water, gasping for air. We get up early and stay up late. We never waste a minute. Our schedule is full, running here, running there, running late, running to catch up, running on empty, until we collapse in utter exhaustion. Underneath the satisfaction of being hard-working, hard-playing people is a weariness that’s desperate for the pace to relent so we can rest and recharge. Deep down, we’re dying to slow down and take a break. We keep telling ours...
누가 참 하나님이십니까? 하나님과 재물 사이에서 머뭇머뭇 거리는 그리스도인들 , 두 주인을 사랑하며 , 따르며 또한 섬겨서는 아니되기에 둘 중에 하나를 선택하라고 말씀하시는데 지금 우리는 말 한마디도 하지 아니하고 있습니다 . 지금 우리는 비겁한 침묵을 하고 있습니다 . 우리가 믿고 의지하는 재물을 아무리 불러도 아무 소리도 없고 아무 응답도 없습니다 . 우리의 우상인 재물도 침묵하고 있습니다 . 그러나 하나님을 의지하는 그리스도인들은 하나님께 기도하므로 하나님의 응답을 받습니다 . 누가 참 하나님이십니까 ? ( 마 6:24, 왕상 18:21, 26, 29, 36-37).
