A. What Is Biblical Mission? “Biblical mission means more than simply going overseas to plant churches or spread civilization. It means the church participating in the ‘mission of God (Missio Dei)’ and seeking the restoration of God’s rule and glory throughout the whole earth. Mission is not a program that begins with human enthusiasm; rather, it is the heart of God that runs throughout the Bible, from Genesis to Revelation, and is a fundamental reason for the church’s existence. Let me clearly summarize five essential principles of true mission as presented in Scripture. 🌍 1. The Mission of God (Missio Dei) The subject and initiator of mission is not human beings but God. In order to save fallen humanity, God first comes to us, sends His Son, and sends the Holy Spirit. He is the “missionary God” who sends. 보잘 것 없는 제 인생을 주님께 받치면 ... 배에서 내리신 예수님은 많은 군중을 보시고 불쌍히 여겨 병자들을 고쳐 주셨습니다 . 저녁때가 되자 예수님의 제자들은 예수님께 와서 “ 사람들을 마을로 보내 각자 음식을 사 먹게 하십시오 ” 하고 말했습니다 . 예수님께서는 그들에게 “ 갈 것 없다 . 너희가 저들에게 먹을 것을 주어라 ” 고 말씀하셨고 제자들은 “ 우리가 지금 가진 것이라고는 빵 다섯 개와 물고기 두 마리뿐입니다 ” 하고 말했습니다 . “ 그것을 이리 가져오너라 ” 고 말씀하신 예수님은 군중들을 풀밭에 앉히시고 빵 다섯 개와 물고기 두 마리를 받아 들고 “ 하늘을 우러러 감사 기도를 드리신 다음 ” 떼어서 제자들에게 주셨고 제자들은 그것을 군중들에게 나누어 주었습니다 . 그 많은 사람들 ( 여자와 아이들 외에 남자만 약 5,000 명 ) 은 모드 실컷 먹고 남은 조각을 열 두 광주리나 거뒀습니다 ( 마태복음 14:14-21, 현대인의 성경 ). 저는 이 말씀을 묵상할 때 두 가지 생각이 듭니다 : (1) 저 같이 ’ 빵 다섯 개와 물고기 두 마리 ” 밖에 안 되는 인생을 통해서도 전능하신 주님은 충분히 남자만 약 5,000 명이 되는 사람들에게도 생명의 빵이 되시는 예수님의 말씀을 나누게 하시사 영의 양식을 먹게 하실 수 있으십니다 . (2) 보잘 것 없는 제 인생을 주님께 받치면 주님께서는 “ 하늘을 우러러 감사 기도 ” 를 드리시고 오병이어의 기적을 이루십니다 .
