지도자의 책임 만일 따르는 자들이 하나님의 말씀에 불순종하고 있다면 지도자는 그들을 두려워하여 그들의 요구를 들어주므로 자기도 그들과 함께 하나님께 죄를 범하지 말고 오히려 자기 자신부터 하나님의 말씀에 순종하면서 따르는 자들이 듣든지 아니 듣든지 사랑으로 그들을 책망하여 하나님의 말씀에 순종케 해야 합니다 ( 참고 : 사무엘상 15:24, 현대인의 성경 ; 에스겔 2:5, 7; 3:11).
