“ True Believers Like Wheat ” and “ The Wicked Like Chaff ” “John answered them all, ‘I baptize you with water. But one who is more powerful than I will come, the straps of whose sandals I am not worthy to untie. He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and fire. His winnowing fork is in his hand to clear his threshing floor and to gather the wheat into his barn, but he will burn up the chaff with unquenchable fire’” (Luke 3:16–17). Let us meditate on this passage and receive its spiritual lessons: (1) When the people, who had long awaited the coming of the Messiah, began to wonder in their hearts whether John the Baptist might be the Messiah (Luke 3:15, Modern Translation ), John testified clearly that he was not the Messiah, but that the One coming after him was. 예수님을 믿게 된 이야기 비성경적인 가르침으로 인한 심한 논쟁을 하게 될 정도로 심각한 문제를 해결하는 과정에서도 바울과 바나바는 예루살렘으로 가는 길에 여기 저기 들려서 이방인들이 예수님을 믿게 된 이야기를 해 주어 그 곳 모든 신자들을 기쁘게 하였습니다 ( 사도행전 15:1-3, 현대인의 성경 ). 우리는 교회 안에서 비성경적인 구원론을 가르치는 것을 심각한 문제로 받아들이고 그 문제 해결에 바른 성경적인 가르침으로 심한 논쟁까지 할 필요가 있으면 해야 합니다 . 그렇지만 그 과정에서도 우리는 하나님께서 행하신 구원의 역사를 주님 안에서 형제 , 자매들과 나누므로 그들을 기쁘게 해야 합니다 .
