For some of us, it’s been a while. In our hard-working, highly productive culture, we can sometimes feel like exhausted swimmers swept downstream in a fast-moving river, fighting to keep our heads above water, gasping for air. We get up early and stay up late. We never waste a minute. Our schedule is full, running here, running there, running late, running to catch up, running on empty, until we collapse in utter exhaustion. Underneath the satisfaction of being hard-working, hard-playing people is a weariness that’s desperate for the pace to relent so we can rest and recharge. 착한 사람 바나바 착한 사람은 성령과 믿음이 충만한 자입니다 ( 행 11:24). 바나바는 성령과 믿음이 충만한 착한 사람이었습니다 . 바나바는 예루살렘 공동체에서 인정 받는 사람이었습니다 . 그래서 그는 안디옥으로 보냄을 받았습니다 (22 절 ). 교회에서 인정 받는 사람은 언행일치하는 사람과 하나님이 찾으시는 예배자입니다 ( 요 4:23-24). 바나바는 하나님의 은혜를 볼 줄 아는 사람이었습니다 (23 절 ). 그는 영안이 열려서 영적인 것을 보았습니다 . 착한 사람은 믿음의 눈으로 성령 하나님의 역사하시는 것을 봅니다 . 바나바는 영적인 것을 보고 기뻐하였습니다 (23 절 ) 그는 육체적인 것을 보고 기뻐한 것이 아닙니다 . 바나바는 권하는 자 (encourager) 였습니다 . 그는 안디옥 교회 형제들에게 " 굳은 마음으로 주께 붙어있으라 " 고 권하였습니다 (23 절 ). 착한 사람은 성령의 위로의 도구로 쓰임 받습니다 . 바나바는 비전의 사람이었습니다 . 그의 비전은 사람을 세우는 것이었습니다 . 그는 사울 ( 바울 ) 을 세우고 뒤로 물러났습니다 (25-26 절 ). 저도 바나바와 같은 착한 사람 , 성령과 믿음의 충만한 사람이 되고 싶습니다 .
