A. What Is Biblical Mission? “Biblical mission means more than simply going overseas to plant churches or spread civilization. It means the church participating in the ‘mission of God (Missio Dei)’ and seeking the restoration of God’s rule and glory throughout the whole earth. Mission is not a program that begins with human enthusiasm; rather, it is the heart of God that runs throughout the Bible, from Genesis to Revelation, and is a fundamental reason for the church’s existence. 그리스도의 군사 예수 그리스도의 좋은 군사들은 (1) 그리스도 예수 안에 있는 은혜 속에서 강합니다 ( 딤후 2:1). 하나님께서는 우리에게 결코 두려워하는 마음과 겁을 먹는 약한 마음을 주시지 않았고 오히려 능력과 사랑과 근신하는 마음을 주셨습니다 . 즉 , 하나님께서는 우리들에게 담대한 마음 , 견고한 마음 , 두려움을 쫓아내는 사랑의 마음 , 또한 생각을 조절하며 흥분되지 않고 , 놀라지 않고 세상 욕심에 끌리지도 않는 영적 절제력인 근신하는 마음을 주셨습니다 ( 박윤선 ). 우리는 하나 님께서 우리에게 주신 족한 은혜를 더욱더 깊이 알아가므로 은혜 속에서 강해야 합니다 . (2) 예수 그리스도의 좋은 군사들은 충성된 사람들이요 신실한 사람들입니다 (2 절 ). 우리는 복음의 비밀을 맡은 자들로서 맡은 자들에게 구할 것은 충성입니다 . (3) 예수 그리스도의 좋은 군사들은 대장 되신 주님을 기쁘시게 합니다 (3-4 절 ). 우리는 오직 하나님을 능력을 좇아 복음과 함께 고난을 받아야 합니다 . 그리고 우리는 믿음과 능력으로 영적 싸움을 해야 합니다 . 우리는 예수 그리스도와 그분의 복음 사역을 위하여 고난을 받는 가운데 좋은 영적 군사들은 자기 생활에 얽매이지 말아야 합니다 . 우리는 대장되신 예수님을 오직 기쁘시게 해드리고자 그 분의 명령에 절대 복종해야 합니다 . 이것이 바로 우리 영적 군사들의 책임이자 특권입니다 . 우리는 예수 그리스도의 군사 들로서 대장되신 예수님을 기쁘시게 하는 좋은 군사들이 되길 기원합니다 .
