'자리'가 그 사람을 변화시키나요? ' 자리 ' 가 그 사람을 변화 (?) 시킬 수 있다고 생각하여 교회 안에서 직분자로 세우는 것이 과연 바람직한 것일까요 ? 직분자가 아닌 상태에서 자기 자신을 스스로 작게 여기면서 하나님의 말씀을 청종하는 것이 오히려 직분자가 되어서 점진적으로 변질되어 마음이 교만해져서 하나님의 말씀에 불순종하면서도 책망을 듣지 않고 변명하는 것보다 훨씬 낫지 않을까요 ? ( 사무엘상 15 장을 읽으면서 든 생각 )
