사과해야 합니다. 




어느 관계에 있어서나(특히 부부 관계우리는 상대방에게 못했을 때 "I am sorry"(내가 미안합니다)라고 말할 있어야 합니다.   나아가서 우리는 "I am wrong"(내가 잘못했습니다)라고 말하되 무엇을 상대방에게 잘못했는지를 구체적으로 사과해야 합니다.  그리고 나서 우리는 우리의 잘못을 고쳐야 합니다.  적어도 우리는 잘못을 고치려고 하는 노력을 상대방에게 보여줘야 합니다("The Five Languages of Apology" 책을 읽으면서 느낀점).
