하나님께서 아브라함에게 나타나셔서 "내가 지시할 땅으로 가거라"고 말씀하신 후 결국에 인도해주신 곳이 바로 "아브라함에게 발붙일 땅도 주지 않으"신 곳이었습니다. 그리고
하나님께서는 아직 자녀가 없었는데도 아브라함에게 "그의 후손에게 이 땅을 주시겠다고 약속하셨습니다"(사도행전 7:2-5, 현대인의 성경). 결국 하나님께서 아브라함에게 "지시할 땅"은 아브라함이 "발붙일 땅"이 아니었습니다. 그리고
