3. 죄인을 사랑했다는 상징적인 의미가 있기에
a. 요나단이 자기 생명보다 사랑했던 다윗에게 자기가 입고 있었던 겉옷을 벗어
주었음(삼상18:4)
(i) 의로우신 대제사장이신 예수님께서 죄인인 우리를 자신의 생명보다
사랑하셨음.
4. 흥미로운 관찰:
a. 예수님께서 십자가에 못박히시기 전에 옷을 벗기고 홍포를 입혔다가(마27:28)
회롱을 다 한 후 홍포를 벗기고 도로 예수님의 옷을 입혔음(31절).
(i) 예수님을 십자가에 못 박은 후에 그의 옷을 제비 뽑아 나눴음(35절).
