A. What Is Biblical Mission? “Biblical mission means more than simply going overseas to plant churches or spread civilization. It means the church participating in the ‘mission of God (Missio Dei)’ and seeking the restoration of God’s rule and glory throughout the whole earth. Mission is not a program that begins with human enthusiasm; rather, it is the heart of God that runs throughout the Bible, from Genesis to Revelation, and is a fundamental reason for the church’s existence. 침묵은 비록 아무 사람들에게도 말을 하지 않는 것이지만하나님께 귀를 기울이는 것입니다7(헨리 나우웬).  그리고 침묵이란 많은 사람들의 거짓 증언과 비난과 수군수군과 하나님의 말씀에 대한 오해 가운데 하는 말들을 듣는 가운데서도 오직 우리가 의지하는 하나님(참고: 고린도후서 1:9, 현대인의 성경)의 음성만 듣고 그 말씀에 묵묵히 믿음으로 겸손히 순종하는 것입니다.
