나에게 지은 사람들을 용서하지 않고 있으면서 하나님께 죄를 용서해 달라고 기도할 때 하나님의 말씀은 "너희가 다른 사람의 죄를 용서하지 않으면 너희 아버지께서도 너희 죄를 용서하지 않으실 것이다"입니다(마태복음 6:12, 15, 현대인의 성경).
