Devotional Reflection Based on the Incident of Peter Cutting Off Malchus's Ear: “Then one of those standing near drew his sword and struck the servant of the high priest, cutting off his ear.” ( Mark 14:47, Today's Korean Version ) 1. Identifying the People Involved: The person who stood beside Jesus and drew the sword was Simon Peter . The servant of the high priest was named Malchus . “Then Simon Peter, who had a sword, drew it and struck the high priest’s servant, cutting off his right ear. The servant’s name was Malchus.” ( John 18:10 ) 2. 지도자는 따라오는 자에게 위임(delegation) 알아야 합니다.  위임을 하되 지도자는 위임한 일의 결과를 기대하기보다 따라오는 자의 마음을 얻어야 합니다.  그러기 위해선 지도자는 따라오는 자를 신뢰하고 있음을 /녀에게 확증시켜 줘야 합니다.
