만일 우리가 하나님께 받은 재물의 축복을 계속해서 우상에게 갔다 받치는 창녀짓을 하면서도 수치를 모르고 오히려 수치스러운 일을 좋아한다면하나님께서는 우리가 우상에게 갔다 받치는 제물 때문에 우리로 하여금 수치를 당하게 하실 것입니다(호세아 4:18-19, 현대인의 성경).
