나이로는 "장성한 사람"인데 정신적으로나 영적으로 "어린 아이"와 같은 사람이 있습니다.  정신적으로 어린 아이와 같은 사람은 '성인아동'이라고 부르는 것 같고영적으로 어린 아이와 같은 사람은 "육신에 속한 자"(고전 3:1) 또는 "의의 말씀을 경험하지 못한 자"라고 말씀하고 있습니다(5:13).  진정으로 장성한 사람은 "어린 아이의 일을 버렸"습니다(고전 13:11).
