Identifying the People Involved: The person who stood beside Jesus and drew the sword was Simon Peter . The servant of the high priest was named Malchus . “Then Simon Peter, who had a sword, drew it and struck the high priest’s servant, cutting off his right ear. 끊을 없는 그리스도의 사랑으로 남편과 아내가 서로 사랑할 때에  부부의 사랑은 죽음 같이 강합니다.  그러므로 하나님이 짝지어 주신 것을 사람이 나누지 못합니다(아가 8:6; 마태복음 19:6; 22:39; 로마서 8:35; 에베소서 5:21-31).
