하늘로 올리워가셨을 때 하늘을 쳐다보고 있는 제자들에게 "흰 옷 입은 두 사람"이 그들 곁에 서서 "갈릴리 사람들아, 왜 서서
하늘을 쳐다보느냐? 너희 가운데서 하늘로
올리워 가신 이 예수님은 너희가 본 그대로 다시 오실 것이다"라고 말했습니다(사도행전 1:10-11, 현대인의 성경). 죽음에서 '다시'
살아나시사 빈무덤에서 막달라 마리아에게 나타나신 예수님은 하늘로 올리워 가시사 하나님 아버지께서 자기 권한으로 정하신
때에 "다시 오실 것"입니다:
"내가 진실로 속히 오리라", "아멘 주 예수여 오시옵소서"(요한계시록 22:20).
