하나님의 약속의 말씀 승리!
하나님께서는 아이 성을 점령함에 있어서 여호수아에게 "보라 내가 아이 왕과 그의 백성과 그의 성읍과 그의 땅을 다 네 손에 넘겨 주었"다(수8:1), "내가 이 성읍을 네 손에 넘겨 주리라"(18절)고 말씀하셨고 여호수아는 그의 용사들에게 "너희 하나님 여호와께서 그 성읍을 너희 손에 주시리라"(7절)고 말했습니다.
우리는 영적 전쟁에 있어서 여호수아처럼 하나님의 약속의 말씀을 그대로 믿어야 합니다. 승리의 확신 성경구절입니다: "여러분이 당한 시험은 모든 사람들이 다 당하는 시험입니다. 하나님은 신실하신 분이시므로 여러분이 감당할 수 없는 시험당하는 것을 허락하지 않으시고 여러분이 시험을 당할 때에 피할 길을 마련해 주셔서 감당할 수 있게 하실 것입니다"(고전 10:13, 현대인의 성경).
