A. What Is Biblical Mission? “Biblical mission means more than simply going overseas to plant churches or spread civilization. It means the church participating in the ‘mission of God (Missio Dei)’ and seeking the restoration of God’s rule and glory throughout the whole earth. Mission is not a program that begins with human enthusiasm; rather, it is the heart of God that runs throughout the Bible, from Genesis to Revelation, and is a fundamental reason for the church’s existence. Let me clearly summarize five essential principles of true mission as presented in Scripture. 🌍 1. The Mission of God (Missio Dei) The subject and initiator of mission is not human beings but God. In order to save fallen humanity, God first comes to us, sends His Son, and sends the Holy Spirit. He is the “missionary God” who sends. 요나 선지자는 육지가 아닌 바다 깊은 물고기 안에 있었습니다.  그런데 .깊은 곳에서 "다시" 주님을 바라보았고 구원은 하나님께 속하였다고 감사 기도를 드렸습니다.  높고 높은 하늘 나라에 계신 요나의 하나님께서는 깊고 깊은 바닷 물고기 안에 있는 요나의 기도 소리를 들으시고 그를 구원하셨습니다.   뿐만 아니라 구원의 하나님께서는 요나에게 '다시' 기회를 주셔서 니느웨 백성들을 구원하는데 주님의 도구로 쓰임 받았습니다(요나 2-3).
