지나치게 조직화 되어가는 교회
교회가 지나치게 조직화 될 때 숨막힐 수가 있습니다. 너무 조직회 되어서 기계적일 때 교회는 생동력있게 움직일 수가 없습니다. 교회는 조직(Organization)이지만 동시에 교회는 유기체(Organism)입니다. 이 긴장(tension) 속에서 균형(balance)을 이루어 나가야 합니다.
The church is both organism and organization. There is tension between them. And there should be balanced between them. But it seems to me the church is geared more toward organization. Thus we feel like church is a company. There is no vitality!
