정립해 나아가는 기회가 될 필요가 있습니다. 그런데 각자의 역할을 담당하여 팀 사역(team
ministry)을 감당해야 하는데 목회자나 장로님에게 있어 사역을 위임할 수 있는 성령과 지혜가 충만하여 칭찬받는 안수
집사님들이 부족할 때에는 그 팀 사역이 균형있게 진행되기가 쉽지 않을 수도 있습니다. 그러기에 교회의 갈등이란 성령과 지혜가 충만하여 교인들에게
칭찬받는 안수 집사님들을 잘 세우는 변화의 계기가 될 필요가 있습니다(참고: 사도행전 6:1-7, 현대인의 성경).
