사랑하는 아들 요셉과 17년을
함께 가나안 땅에서 살다가 원치 않게 헤어져서(창세기 39:2ff) 약 22년을
떨어져 살다가 야곱의 나이 130세
때 요셉과 이집트에서 재회하여(47:9) 함께 17년을
살다가 야곱은 그의 나이 147세가
되어 죽었습니다(28절). 결국
야곱은 특별히 사랑하는 요셉과 34년
밖에 함께 살지 못하고 죽었습니다. 예수님께서는
이 세상에서 33년
밖에 사시지 못하고 죽으셨습니다. 그 33년
중에 제자들 하고는 3년
밖에 함께하지 않으시고 죽으셨습니다. 그러므로
영적으로 죽었던 우리가 살아났고 또한 영원히 살게 되었습니다.
