대신 저주까지 받고자 하는 심정
둘째 아들 야곱이 어머니 리브가의 말을 잘 듣고 시키는대로 하려는 과정에 어머니에게 이렇게 말합니다: "내 형 에서는 털이 많은데 나는 털이 없이 매끈합니다. 만일 아버지께서 나를 만져 보시면 어떻게 합니까?
내가 아버지를 속이는 자가 되어 축복은 커녕 오히려 저주를 받을지도 모릅니다." 그러자 어머니 리브가의 대답을 들어보세요:
