Devotional Reflection Based on the Incident of Peter Cutting Off Malchus's Ear: “Then one of those standing near drew his sword and struck the servant of the high priest, cutting off his ear.” ( Mark 14:47, Today's Korean Version ) 1. Identifying the People Involved: The person who stood beside Jesus and drew the sword was Simon Peter . The servant of the high priest was named Malchus . “Then Simon Peter, who had a sword, drew it and struck the high priest’s servant, cutting off his right ear. The servant’s name was Malchus.” ( John 18:10 ) 2. 혼자서 너무나 많은 일을 처리하려고 하는 것은 ...  혼자서 너무나 많은 일을 처리하려고 하는 것은 쉽게 지쳐 버리고 말게 하는 것입니다 .   이렇게 하는 것은 옳지 못합니다 .   함께 짐을 나누어 지게 하는 것이 옳습니다 ( 참고 : 출애굽기 18:17-18, 22, 현대인의 성경 ).

한 가지만 해도 주님을 위해서  " 많은 일 " 을 하려고  " 마음이 분주 " 하면서  염려하고 근심하기 보다  주님 보시기에  " 이 좋은 편을 택하 " 여  " 한 가지만 " 해도  족해야 합니다 ( 눅 10:38 42).
