하나님의 뜻을 구하는 자는 ... 만일 예수님께서 너무나 괴로와 죽을 지경에서 하나님 아버지께 " 아버지 , 할 수만 있으면 이 고난의 잔을 내게서 거두어 주십시오 . 그러나 제 뜻대로 마시고 아버지의 뜻대로 하십시오 " 라고 간구하시지 않으시고 ' 아버지 , 아버지는 하실 수 있으시니 제 뜻대로 이 고난의 잔을 내게서 거두어 주십시오 ' 라고 간구하셨더라면 , 가룟 유다와 대제사장들과 장로들이 보낸 많은 무리가 칼과 몽둥이를 들고 예수님을 붙잡으러 왔을 때 예수님께서는 하나님 아버지께 12 개 여단의 군대보다 더 많은 천사들을 당장 보내주시길 청하셨을 것입니다 . 만일 예수님이 그리하셨더라면 " 이런 일이 반드시 일어날 것이라고 한 성경 말씀은 " 이루어지지 않았을 것입니다 ( 마태복음 26:38-39, 47, 50, 53-54, 현대인의 성경 ). 너무나 괴롭고 죽을 지경에서도 하나님의 뜻을 구하는 삶은 무슨 간구를 드리지 말아야 할 것을 분명히 알 정도로 반드시 일어날 것이라고 한 성경 말씀이 이루어지길 간절히 구해야 합니다 . 하나님의 뜻을 구하는 자는 하나님의 뜻 ( 성경말씀 ) 대로 살다가 하나님의 뜻 ( 성경말씀 ) 대로 죽습니다 .
