말씀의 역사가 갑절이나 나타나게 하여 주시길 기원합니다. 엘리야가 엘리사에게 “ 내가 네 곁을 떠나기 전에 너에게 무엇을 해주었으면 좋겠는지 말해 보아라 ” 고 물었을 때 엘리사는 “ 당신의 성령이 하시는 역사가 갑절이나 내게 있게 하소서 ” 라고 대답했습니다 . 엘리야는 “ 네가 정말 어려운 것을 요구하는구나 ” 라고 말했습니다 ( 열왕기하 2:9-10, 현대인의 성경 ). 저 또한 믿음의 선배님들이 보시기에 “ 정말 어려운 것 ” 을 하나님께 구하고 싶습니다 . 제가 생명의 떡 ( 요한복음 6:48) 이 되시는 주님의 말씀을 주야로 묵상하여 ( 시편 1:2) 사람들에게 나눌 때 예수님께서 물고기 두 마리와 떡 다섯 덩어리로 남자만 5,000 명을 먹이시고도 남았던 것처럼 ( 요한복음 6:1-15) 그러한 말씀의 역사가 갑절이나 나타나게 하여 주시길 주님께 기원합니다 .
