A. What Is Biblical Mission? “Biblical mission means more than simply going overseas to plant churches or spread civilization. It means the church participating in the ‘mission of God (Missio Dei)’ and seeking the restoration of God’s rule and glory throughout the whole earth. Mission is not a program that begins with human enthusiasm; rather, it is the heart of God that runs throughout the Bible, from Genesis to Revelation, and is a fundamental reason for the church’s existence. Let me clearly summarize five essential principles of true mission as presented in Scripture. 🌍 1. The Mission of God (Missio Dei) The subject and initiator of mission is not human beings but God. In order to save fallen humanity, God first comes to us, sends His Son, and sends the Holy Spirit. He is the “missionary God” who sends. [ 사도행전 23 장 6-35 절 말씀 묵상 ] 지난 주일 우리는 이 어그러진 세상에서 어떻게 살아야 할지 묵상하였습니다 . 한 마디로 우리는 “바른 신앙생활”을 해야 할 것을 사도행전 22 장 30 절에서 23 장 5 절 말씀에서 배웠습니다 . 한 세 가지로 하나님께서 교훈을 주셨는데 첫째로 , 우리는 범사에 선한 양심대로 하나님을 섬겨야 할 것을 배웠고 , 둘째로 , 바른 신앙생활하기 위해선 우리는 위선을 경멸해야 하며 , 셋째로 , 바른 신앙생활이란 하나님의 말씀을 이끌림을 받는다는 교훈을 배웠습니다 . 이렇게 우리가 바른 신앙생활을 하므로 말미암아 우리는 흠이 없고 순전하여 어그러지고 거스리는 세대 가운데서 하나님의 흠 없는 자녀로 세상에서 그들 가운데 빛들로 나타내야 할 것입니다 ( 빌 2:15). 과연 우리가 어둡고 어그러진 이 세상에 살면서 빛들고 나타나는 바른 신앙생활을 하기 위해서 필요한 것은 무엇입니까 ? 한 일곱 가지 필요한 요소를 생각해 볼 수 있습니다 : (1) 첫째는 , Calling ( 부르심 ): 하나님께서 저와 여러분들을 부르셨다는 sense of calling 이 있어야 합니다 .
