We are taught that we must become upright people who, in God’s sight, are blameless and fully keep His commandments. “In the time of Herod king of Judea there was a priest named Zechariah, who belonged to the priestly division of Abijah; his wife Elizabeth was also a descendant of Aaron. Both of them were righteous in the sight of God, observing all the Lord’s commands and decrees blamelessly” [(Modern Translation: “When Herod was king of Judea, there was a priest named Zechariah of the division of Abijah, and his wife Elizabeth also came from the family of Aaron. They were righteous before God and faithfully kept all the Lord’s commandments and regulations without fault”)] (Luke 1:5–6). 이러한 성령님의 일하심을 더욱더 깊이 경험하고 싶습니다 . 블레셋 장군 골리앗을 전능하신 하나님의 이름으로 나아가 승리하여 골리앗을 죽이고 돌아온 다윗을 이스라엘 왕 사울이 대화한 후 사울 왕의 아들인 요나단의 마음이 다윗에게 깊이 끌려 다윗을 자기 생명처럼 사랑하게 되었다고 성경은 말씀하고 있습니다 ( 사무엘상 17:45-51, 57-58; 18:1, 현대인의 성경 ). 성경은 왜 요나단의 마음이 다윗에게 깊이 끌려 그를 자기 생명처럼 사랑했는지 설명이 없습니다 . 저는 이 말씀을 묵상할 때 우리 안에 거하시는 성령님께서 성령의 열매인 사랑을 맺으시면서 하나님의 마음에 합한 다윗과 같은 사람 ( 사도행전 13:22) 에게 우리 마음이 깊이 끌리게 하신다고 생각합니다 . 그러므로 우리 안에 거하시는 성령님께서 그 사람을 우리 생명처럼 사랑케 하신다고 생각합니다 . 즉 , 요나단의 마음이 다윗에게 깊이 끌려 다윗을 자기 생명처럼 사랑하게 된 것은 성령님께서 그리하셨다고 생각합니다 . 이러한 성령님의 일하심을 더욱더 깊이 경험하고 싶습니다 .
